About the Job  

We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking IT Engineering Manager to lead our DevOps, Quality Assurance, and Incident Management functions. In this role, you will drive the delivery of secure, high‑quality, and resilient software solutions while shaping the engineering culture across the organization.

You will define and execute the strategy for modern engineering practices-including DevOps, continuous integration and deployment, automated testing, site reliability, and release governance-ensuring seamless collaboration across development, architecture, security, and operations. You will also own the end‑to‑end incident lifecycle, guaranteeing rapid response and continuous improvement.
