IT Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
• Troubleshoot network problems and connectivity issues
• Assist users with system setup, installations, and configurations
• Document support requests and resolutions
• Maintain IT inventory and equipment
• Collaborate with other IT staff for escalated issues

Educational Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on technical support experience.
