Job Overview

AGFA Healthcare is looking for an IT Field Service Engineer PACS / RIS based in Madrid. The role delivers on‑site support to clients requiring continuous service, acting as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and escalations.

Responsibilities

• System Administration & Operational Integrity – Manage daily operation, configuration and stability of enterprise imaging applications (PACS, RIS, Voice Recognition, post‑processing tools). Keep systems highly available to support 24/7 diagnostic workflows.
• Image Workflow & Data Management – Monitor the lifecycle of DICOM data from acquisition to archival. Resolve data integrity issues and ensure the medical record accurately reflects clinical activity.
• Technical Support & Incident Resolution – Serve as the first line of defense for hardware, software, network and user faults. Provide timely resolution and participate in an on‑call rotation (night...
