**Position Description:**

The IT Governance & Process Improvement Lead will assess and strengthen IT intake and governance processes for Tier 3–5 requests (small initiatives and incremental enhancements). While governance exists for large initiatives, Tier 3–5 requests are often minimally governed, resulting in limited scoping, estimation, prioritization, and business value definition. This engagement focuses on designing practical processes, governance, and tooling improvements to reduce delivery risk and improve alignment between demand and IT capacity.

This will be 2-month engagement that will be 30-40 hours per week. This position is located in Atlanta, GA in a hybrid working environment.
