IT Incident Technician — Deskside Support (Part-Time)

Sharp Brains is looking for a part-time IT Incident Technician to manage and resolve technical issues within the IT environment. Responsibilities include supporting Windows-based devices, maintaining IT asset inventory in ServiceNow, and providing deskside support. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in deskside support and strong troubleshooting skills in both Windows and Mac operating systems.
