Role Description
IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager – Managed Services Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery across infrastructure towers (Data Center, Cloud, Network, Workplace, Security) in a 24x7 managed services model, ensuring SLA, KPI, CX, and contractual adherence.
Establish and lead delivery governance including service reviews, operational cadence, risk management, audits, and compliance, ensuring transparency and zero surprises for stakeholders.
Drive maturity in ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Capacity, Availability), enabling consistent, preventive, and measurable operations in a multi-vendor setup.
Ensure platform stability, resilience, DR/BCP readiness, and capacity planning through proactive monitoring, trend analysis, and resilience design.
Lead major incidents and service escalations with strong communication, ensuring rapid resolution, effective RCA, and long-term corrective actions.
