Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive Infrastructure Engineer to manage, support, and maintain the IT infrastructure environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to operate in mission‑critical 24/7 environments while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities 1. Infrastructure Management
Manage, monitor, and maintain servers, virtualization platforms, storage devices, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows Server, RHEL) and system management tools.
Perform system upgrades, patch management, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
Manage and monitor backup, recovery, and replication activities to ensure data integrity and availability.
