IT Infrastructure & Operations Lead

Responsible for managing IT infrastructure, network operations, and service delivery to ensure stable and secure IT operations in Taguig and support Pasig requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage network, servers, switch room (rack, UPS, NVR, CCTV, patch panels)
• Ensure high availability of internet and internal systems
• Implement network segmentation and security controls
• Supervise IT support activities and escalation handling
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and configurations
• Support compliance requirements related to infrastructure controls
