Role Description

Job Description Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. 
Can render a minimum of 400 hours of internship 
Basic knowledge in troubleshooting hardware & software 
Maintains open communication and a positive working relationship with staff. 
Assist users in determining appropriate software solutions to meet needs. 
Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems, and help develop solutions. 
Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software.
