Our client in Edmonton is looking for an IT Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for overseeing all IT operations, ensuring the organization’s infrastructure scales effectively with business growth, and leading the transition to cloud-based services.

Your responsibilities include

Direct daily IT functions to ensure systems are stable, secure, and well-supported

Manage Microsoft 365 administration including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune, and Defender

Support and maintain both cloud and on‑premise infrastructure, networks, and end-user devices

Uphold strong cybersecurity standards, including access controls, MFA, endpoint protection, and user security training

Oversee end‑user support, improving service delivery and documentation processes

Work closely with staff and leadership to identify technology requirements and recommend effective solutions
