IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee IT systems across a multi-property hospitality environment including hotels, villas, and lodges. The role ensures seamless system performance, strong infrastructure stability, and reliable IT support across all operations within a 5-star hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities 

• Hotel IT systems (PMS, POS, Micros, Fidelio or similar)
• Network & infrastructure management (LAN/WAN)
• System security, backups & disaster recovery
• Vendor & contract management
• Staff training & IT support
• Preventive maintenance & system optimization
• 24/7 critical systems support

• Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
