IT Manager – Transformation, Governance & Cyber Security

The IT Manager – Transformation, Governance & Cyber Security is responsible for leading 1RE’s enterprise-wide digital transformation, project governance, and cybersecurity strategy. The role ensures that solutions architecture, technology projects, governance frameworks, and cyber/OT security initiatives are aligned with business priorities and delivered with measurable value.

This position oversees three functional pillars—Digital Solutions, Technology Projects & Change, and Enterprise Cyber & OT Security—to ensure modernization, secure operations, and organization-wide readiness for future technologies.

This role enables transformation success, secure operations, and strategic alignment by driving solution standardization, governance maturity, cybersecurity uplift, and strong collaboration across IT, OT, business units, and corporate partners.
