Role Description

IT Operations Analyst - Infrastructure
 Salary Range: $58,000 - $82,000
 Location: Prince George, BC, or near one of our locations in Alberta
As an IT Operations Analyst at Drax, you will be responsible for executing processes and procedures within the technology tower, as well as researching and supporting planning activities within the Drax IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure infrastructure availability meets service levels through proactive monitoring, resilient design, and capacity planning.
Recommend and implement technology lifecycle mitigation initiatives.
Define and document processes that ensure performant, scalable, secure technologies compliant with regulations, in collaboration with the IT compliance team.
Identify risks, anticipate issues, and create solutions for project and service delivery.
Collaborate with the Cyber Security team to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
