IT Operations - Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide operations and maintenance support for overseas business systems
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize application systems
• Resolve end-to-end system and data issues related to sales or business operations
• Handle daily IT support tickets and incident management
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors
• Support continuous improvement of system stability and performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience in IT operations, application support, or system maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment
• Fluent English communication skills
