IT Operations Manager

We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to report to the Director of Information Technology.

Main Responsibilities

Oversee all IT operations (support, infrastructure, networks, systems, security).

Manage technical managers and teams (support, system administrators, etc.).

Ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of critical systems.

Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Manage major incidents and coordinate recovery plans.

Oversee change management.

Manage IT vendors and service contracts.

Participate in budget planning and operational cost control.

Implement continuous improvement and process optimization strategies.

Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
