Key Responsibilities

• Branch IT Infrastructure : Oversee IT systems across multiple retail branches, ensuring reliable POS, inventory, and connectivity.
• Systems Optimization : Analyze and upgrade current systems to support scalability and efficiency.
• Policy & Security Governance : Develop and enforce IT policies, ensuring compliance and data integrity across all branches.
• Software Development Oversight : Manage end-to-end software development and system enhancements, delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Network & Data Security : Conduct regular security audits, identify vulnerabilities, and implement proactive solutions.
• Vendor & Partner Management : Manage IT vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA compliance and cost-effective solutions.
• Disaster Recovery & Continuity : Establish and maintain disaster recovery plans to safeguard branch operations.
