IT Platform Lead

The infrastructure layer of a modern company looks nothing like it did five years ago.

We’re looking for an IT Platform Lead to join our IT team in Helsinki or Dublin (hybrid).

In this role, you will…

• Work at the intersection of architecture, security, and AI — collaborating with Product, Security, and BizOps to define the standards that everything runs on
• Help design the new infrastructure for a world where AI is a first‑class citizen in every workflow
• Define and maintain the company‑wide integration architecture — the standard every team follows when connecting a new tool, agent, or workflow
• Collaborate with Product and Security to define how AI agents authenticate, what systems they can access, and how they are monitored
