IT Project Manager

The Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives with a primary focus on compliance data and company register data projects. Manage initiatives involving:
Corporate registry and legal entity data
Beneficial ownership and shareholder structures
Statutory and regulatory reporting datasets
Data validation, reconciliation, and audit readiness
Data governance and data quality controls Project Management Lead projects end-to-end using classical (Waterfall) and hybrid methodologies with clearly defined lifecycle phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure.
Develop comprehensive project baselines including:
Detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
Gantt charts
Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis
