We are seeking a customer‑oriented IT Project Manager to ensure the successful and timely delivery of IT maintenance and service projects. This role requires close coordination with clients and technical teams to uphold service level agreements, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Duties

• Ensuring a high level of quality in the services and deliverables provided by the company
• Involved in the quality assurance and service level agreement of maintenance projects
• Actively assisting maintenance customers to monitor issues, changes, and handle queries they have
