IT Service delivery Manager

We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background in IT UC4 e , combining operational expertise with project management capabilities.

The candidate will operate both as a technical specialist in managing and orchestrating workflows via Broadcom Automic Automation (UC4), and as a reference point for internal project initiatives related to the evolution of automation and file transfer platforms.

The resource will be involved in the configuration and administration of MFT solutions, ensuring security, traceability, and compliance of data flows, and will actively contribute to the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT projects in the MFT and batch processing domain.
