Role Description
Configure, prepare and deploy to end users 60–80 workstation devices for end-user use
Perform standard system builds and basic configurations
Execute user data transfers from legacy devices to new systems (moderate time requirement, low complexity)
Onsite Installation
Deliver and install configured solutions and applications to user workstations
Validate full functionality of hardware, software, and connectivity
Provide basic end-user orientation if needed
Printer installation and driver install
Cable Management
Organize workstation cabling to ensure a clean, safe, and professional setup
Label and route cables appropriately
Maintain workspace standards across all installations
