For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of IT Software Support Engineer (M/K).


Job Tasks:Remote software deployments and updates 
Analysis and resolution of issues reported by customers 
Handling and documenting support tickets 
Providing customer support under service agreements (SLAs) 
Preparing and maintaining test environments 
Supporting the testing of new system releases 
Managing software licensing matters 
Creating and maintaining user guides, documentation, and procedures

Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in software support 
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience 
Very good command of English 
Willingness to work occasional shifts/on-call duties 
Willingness to travel 
Valid driver's license
