Job Description

On-site - Makati 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain IT systems, backups, and security
• Coordinate with vendors and assist KMZD staff
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not required depending on experience).
• At least 1 year proven experience in IT support or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking principles, and common office software.
• Basic understanding of system security and data protection practices.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
