What are we looking for?
An IT Support Analyst to join a stable international project, based in Madrid.
Responsibilities:
Providing technical and functional support to users.
Managing incidents within the scope of reporting by ensuring that the service is restored as quickly as possible with complete transparency regarding the Business Line: Referencing, communication, coordination, correction, drafting of PIRs (Post Incident Reviews).
Guaranteeing the eradication of problems.
Ensuring the proper management of application access by following the recommendations applicable to its scope.
