Role Description

                    Key Responsibilities  Hardware and Software Selection & Procurement  
Research and Identify:  Acquire necessary hardware (servers, workstations, networking equipment) and software licences to support the operation processes by staying updated on the latest technologies 
 Create PR (Purchase Requisition)  Gather information, ensure accuracy of information based on user requirements and follow internal procedures. 
 System Maintenance and Security  Conduct regular maintenance to ensure smooth operation of the IT infrastructure. With regular maintenance of servers, workstations, and the network; implementing security measures to protect against cyber threats; and performing data backups to ensure disaster recovery 
 User Support  Technical support:  Address user issues faced with their computers, software, and network connectivity.
