Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SQL, Dms,
Sfa, including complex queries, joins, subqueries, and aggregate
functions & Ability to analyze and optimize SQL queries for
performance.7
· Database
Management Systems (DBMS): Experience with one or more DBMS such as
MySQL SQL Server.
· Troubleshooting: Strong
problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and resolving
database-related issues.
· Tools
& Technologies: Familiarity with CRM systems & IT management
platforms.
· Communication: Excellent
verbal and written communication skills for effectively supporting users.
