Job Requirements

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome)
• Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and troubleshooting
• Awareness of AI tools and responsible AI practices
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
