Role Description
The IT Support Specialist will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for computer systems, software, and network-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Provide technical support for operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Maintain cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures.
