Role Description

Start Date: 2nd Week of April (Around April 9) We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring smooth IT operations for end users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 / Level 2 technical support to end users
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Support Windows OS, MS Office, and standard business applications
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access (Active Directory)
Handle ticketing system (log, track, and resolve incidents/requests)
Assist with IT asset management and inventory control
Provide onsite support for IT infrastructure and end-user devices
Coordinate with remote teams/vendors when required
