IT Systems Admin (US Shift, WFH)

The Role

We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator who sits at the Level II/III boundary — someone who has moved past following instructions and is ready to own outcomes. You will manage infrastructure and cloud environments across a diverse client base, work independently on technical projects, and be the kind of person your teammates can hand a task to and trust it will get done.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and support Windows Server environments across multiple client tenants
• Manage cloud identity and productivity platforms including Microsoft 365 and Azure / Entra ID
• Configure and maintain network access and security infrastructure, including Zero Trust concepts such as SSO integration, identity-aware access policies, and secure remote connectivity
• Troubleshoot complex issues across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments with minimal escalation
