IT Systems and Applications Manager

Apt Resources is seeking a skilled IT Systems and Applications Manager to become part of our client's team in Dubai . In this position, you will be tasked with creating, maintaining, and optimizing web applications, as well as managing the systems and infrastructure that support them. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the applications and systems operate effectively, thereby improving user experience and operational efficiency.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the internal CRM system
• Customize CRM business processes, workflows, and features
• Handle backend and frontend development using PHP, JavaScript or jQuery, HTML, MySQL, and JSON
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Ensure data integrity and proper system functionality
• Support and manage company mobile applications, Flutter experience is a plus
