IT Systems & Application Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, maintain, and support enterprise applications and business systems across the property management and development portfolio.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
• Monitor system performance , troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal IT teams or external vendors.
• Conduct system upgrades, patch management, and configuration changes with minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
• Assist in the implementation and rollout of new applications , including testing, training, and user support.
• Support data integrity, migration, and integration between systems using APIs, ETL tools, or scripting.
