Role Description

On-site - Mandaluyong 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Part-time 
Job Description Provide technical support via email, phone, chat and ticketing system for email services (Exchange, Outlook, Google Workspace), VOIP services, and computer-related issues. 
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to email and account logins, password resets, account configurations, and email client setup, and account management across various platforms and services. 
Collaborate with IT teams to upscale and resolve complex technical issues promptly. 
Assist in onboarding new employees and contractors onto tech resources. 
Working Location 22nd Floor, Robinsons Cybergate Center 3, Pioneer Street, Cybergate Complex, Mandaluyong City, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 3. Cybergate Complex, Pioneer St, Mandaluyong City, 1550 Metro Manila, Philippines
