IT Technical Support

Position

We’re looking for a proactive, customer‑focused IT Techcnial Support to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will be the first line of technical assistance for our staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all end-user devices, applications, and IT systems.

• Location: Sint-Stevens-Woluwe (Brussels Area)

• Start date: at the earliest

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide first line support to approximately 100 employees across the company

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot end‑point devices (Windows, Linux and Mac laptops, peripherals)

• Handle user onboarding/offboarding (accounts, hardware, permissions, software setup)

• Maintain and monitor IT helpdesk tickets: triage, resolve, escalate when necessary
