Role Description

Location: Hamilton, ON
Onsite 2 days/week - Tues/Wed MANDATORY - the schedule will alternate between two days onsite, then three days, and back to two days, and so on.
Hours: 35/Week
Contract: 3-4+ months + extension
Must Haves
Proven ability to develop and maintain procedural documentation for IT operations
Experience preparing Municipal Council reports and supporting documentation
Strong background in technical writing within the public sector
Nice to Have
Experience collaborating with city departments or councils
Knowledge of municipal governance processes
Familiarity with local government reporting standards
