As a IT Technician, you will be part of the Data Center Operations supporting the technical support and maintenance of critical hardware infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**What's the Job?**

+ Troubleshoot, test, and repair data center hardware using diagnostic tools and testing rigs
+ Maintain inventory accuracy and support daily operational workflows
+ Record test results in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
+ Receive, track, and manage inventory, including checking out parts as needed
+ Diagnose hardware and basic network issues, performing physical repairs
