IT Technician
Location: Croydon / London area
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries (email, phone, helpdesk)
• Manage and update helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution
• Support user onboarding and offboarding (accounts, devices, access)
• Maintain IT asset register (laptops, mobiles, software licences)
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating where required
• Prepare, configure, and redeploy IT equipment
• Manage stock levels of IT hardware and request replacements as needed
• Liaise with third-party suppliers and service providers
• Monitor mobile and data usage across devices
• Carry out routine system checks, updates, and virus scans
• Provide on-site support when required
• Assist with IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
