Specialization - Application support for Treasury Management Systems, focusing on system health monitoring, transaction processing issues, and ITIL-based incident ticketing management.
Role Summary
Provide first-line operational and functional support for the IT2 Treasury Management System by monitoring applications, handling user queries, performing initial troubleshooting, and escalating unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor IT2 application health, interfaces, and scheduled jobs.
2. Handle user incidents and service requests through ticketing tools.
3. Perform initial troubleshooting for:
3.1. Login/access issues
3.2. Job failures
3.3. Payment processing issues
