ITAM Engineer

Position Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented IT Asset Management (ITAM) Engineer to oversee the full lifecycle management of IT assets across the organisation. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and auditable asset inventories, ensuring software licence compliance, supporting procurement and vendor management activities, and driving optimisation of IT asset utilisation and cost efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with IT Operations, Service Management, Procurement, Security, Finance, and external vendors to ensure strong governance, compliance, and operational effectiveness across the IT estate. The role also requires the development and continuous improvement of ITAM processes, standards, and reporting capabilities in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
