Location: Remote (US Hours - Remote from South Africa)

Engagement: (Could include international travel to North America - A Passport would b good to have)

Trainer posts are only a few days at a time/ as and when training is needed - this isnt a full-time role

Overview

We are looking for an experienced ITIL Certified Trainer (PeopleCert) to deliver ITIL training and prepare learners for ITIL Foundation and advanced PeopleCert exams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ITIL training aligned with PeopleCert curriculum and frameworks.
• Deliver both foundational and advanced ITIL modules depending on expertise.
• Provide clear, practical IT Service Management (ITSM) examples.
• Guide learners through exam preparation, practice questions, and course materials.

Requirements

• ITIL Certified Trainer through PeopleCert (mandatory).
