We're sourcing senior ITSM Solution Architects for a major BMC Helix transformation with a GCC enterprise client. 12‑month contract with extension option. Available as onsite in Dubai or fully remote from India.

What you will own

• Design authority across the full ITSM platform — not advisory, actual architecture
• End-to-end ITIL v4 process design: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Request

Requirements

• 10+ years ITSM architecture (UAE) / 8+ years (India offshore)
• Available immediately or within 2–4 weeks
