ITSM ServiceNow Implementer

As a ServiceNow ESM ITSM Implementer you will work as part of Enterprise Service Management Team that implements and enhances Schlumberger's business processes and systems for the Global Business Services organization (GBS) and IT Function. The ability to understand business process issues and communicate technical solutions to the organization is essential to your success in this role along with extensive expertise on ServiceNow Platform.

Responsibilities

• Implement project delivery activities on ServiceNow for the ITSM stream for the global IT function.
• Communicate with key stakeholders from IT to understand business requirements and translate them to project actions and developments on the platform.
