Java integration Lead

• Lead design and development of integration centric backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Own integration strategy across systems—API orchestration, synchronous/asynchronous flows, event driven models, and data lineage impacts.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, integration guidelines, and API governance.
• Provide technical direction, mentor engineers, and guide solutioning decisions across cross functional teams.
