Java Lead Engineer| Product R&D, Innovation & Ownership

About The Role

As a Java Lead Engineer, you will drive technical direction, mentor and empower your team, and collaborate across squads to deliver robust, scalable solutions for the CSG Quote & Order product. You’ll be the go‑to person for technical decisions and will play a key role in defining our development standards, architecture, and best practices.

In your first 90 days, you’ll get comfortable with our system, build strong relationships across the Quote & Order team, and design new features to deliver awesome outcomes for our customers.

Product & Team

The role sits within the team that designs and develops capabilities specifically for the Banking and Financial Services vertical using CSG Quote & Order, our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and order management platform.
