****REQUIREMENTS**:- **- Advanced skill in **Atlassian Confluence** for technical document creation and update.
-- Write well designed, efficient code and ensure design follows standard specifications provided.
- Experienced in ServiceNow for Incident, Problem and Change Management process.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work independently as well as part of a core team.
- Strong ability to initiate and manage production support calls and co-ordinate with stakeholders in the call.
- **Good experience on Database: Oracle / MSSQL DB**- Quick adaptability to new technologies and tools- Must have skills related to Production support, Deployment activities.
