JDE Functional Business Analysts, Mid-Level (For Pooling)

Position Description:

Job Responsibilities
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and business process workshops
• Configure JDE modules based on business needs and best practices
• Perform gap analysis and recommend standard vs custom solutions
• Translate requirements into functional specifications
• Handle incident & problem resolution (Level 2/3) with root cause analysis
• Conduct impact analysis for releases, ESUs, and patches
• Plan and coordinate UAT, including defect triage and sign-off
• Provide end-user training, SOPs, and documentation
• Collaborate with technical and CNC teams for deployments
• Act as SME for assigned modules during BAU and projects

Experience
• 4–7 years of relevant work experience
• JDE E1 9.x
• Project-based or ERP environments
