**About the Role**

As a **Jr. Quality Engineer** you will support and enhance the AVN Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with internal standards, global regulations, and industry best practices. You will act as a trusted advisor to the organization, providing guidance, mentorship, and expertise on quality-related processes while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Location: Heerlen, The Netherlands. This is an onsite positon that requires your present in the office a minimum of 4 days a week.
