Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned telecom accounts and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Regularly communicate with customers to understand their needs, concerns, and future requirements; ensure concerns or requests are promptly addressed and properly escalated when necessary.
