About Position:

The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineers to design, build, and scale AI components, focusing on Generative AI, prompt engineering, and automation of experimentation workflows.

What You'll Do:

Assist in building and deploying AI/GenAI features across applications and platforms
Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies for LLM-based use cases
Integrate AI models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, open-source LLMs) into existing systems
Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for knowledge-based solutions
Support creation of evaluation frameworks to measure model performance, accuracy, and reliability
