Junior Analyst – Finance (Purchase to Pay / Order to Cash)

Assist in delivering quality Purchase to Pay (PTP) and Order to Cash (OTC) services to the entities in scope, following the agreed Best Possible Process and Epiroc Way.

Job Responsibilities

• Process all documents and data into the system in line with requirements and agreements.
• Process daily incoming invoices, credit notes, statements, and reminders.
• Prepare payment proposals and book payments when approved.
• Resolve and collaborate with suppliers on queries and open items.
• Support the inter‑company payment process.
• Ensure timely operation and escalation of issues to management.
• Support that all processes and tasks are documented and updated in the Instruction Manual.
• Actively work on optimizing the efficiency and quality of daily tasks.
• Suggest improvements of standard processes to the process owner.
